web前端leader岗位职责

【岗位职责】
一、负责公司Web前端架构体系建设
- 主导技术选型、技术演进（React/Vue/微前端/工程化/性能优化）；
- 负责前端技术路线规划与技术决策，打造*的技术中台。
二、管理大规模前端团队并提升组织能力
- 管理并建设百人以上前端团队，优化人才梯队、研发流程、质量体系、工程效能平台；
- 推动组织升级，提升团队稳定性与执行力。
三、推动工程体系与研发效率全面提升
- 构建 CI/CD、监控告警、测试平台、性能体系；
- 治理技术债，提升代码质量与交付效率。
四、与多部门深度协作，赋能业务增长
- 深度协同产品、后端、移动端团队，确保核心业务的稳定性与体验；
- 以技术驱动业务效率与创新落地。
五、作为技术*，建设前端技术文化
- 打造前端技术文化，吸引、培养、保留顶尖前端人才，提升团队品牌影响力；
- 推动团队内部的技术分享、标准制定、技术影响力建设。

【任职要求】
1. 十年以上前端经验，五年以上管理50人以上前端团队经验，能handle复杂组织；
2. 精通大型、高并发前端架构体系，熟悉React/Vue底层原理，有复杂系统架构落地经验。
3. 能做架构决策、技术规划，有强技术产出能力；
4. 具备优秀的跨部门协同沟通能力，能推动复杂项目落地；
5. 有金融科技、支付、交易系统经验者优先，有大厂高体验型ToC业务经验优先。

要求：ios、安卓、鸿蒙、vue，四选二。
有银行经验优先。
有团队经验

Responsibilities:
1. Use React / TypeScript / HTML5 / ES6 + / Node.js / Next.js / CSS3 / SCSS / Material UI / Ant Design / Webpack / Yarn / GraphQL other front-end front-end technology stacks to build a large front-end architecture of the companys systems;
2. Lead the front-end team, work closely with the UX team back-end developers to jointly improve the user experience of the companys products;
3. Work assignment of team members, technical review, performance evaluation of subordinates;
4. Dare to try new technologies, embrace technological changes, reconstruct optimize existing technical projects;
5. Optimize the existing business system to improve the efficiency of development, construction release
Qualifications:
1. More than 8 years of front-end development experience more than 3 years of front-end architecture experience;
2. Have experience in developing large-scale system control interface;
3. Computer related major, bacheldegree above;
4. Fluent in English;
5. Proficient in HTML5 / CSS3 / ECMAScript 6, 7 / TypeScript;
6. Proficient in Vue.js React corresponding technology stack;
7. SCSS;
8. Familiar with Bootstrap 3 other CSS frameworks;
9. Familiar with HTTP protocol RESTful specifications;
10. Webpack.
Bonus:
1. Front-end framework development experience;
2. Held front-end technical works, well-known blogs, public accounts, etc .;
3. Java development experience;
4. Study abroad work experience;
5. Redis, RDBMS experience;
