薪酬助理岗位职责

Main Job Task：
• Payroll support
ting consolidation including intern attendance record summary, OT/ allowance summary etc.
• Support on monthly payroll process, including final payment calculation, data upload to payroll system, other payroll calculation.
• Deliver data related reports.
• Provide other HR administration support as required.

Requirement：
• College University degree, majin HRM preferred.
• Basic English in read written.
• 1 year HR experience required，related working experience internship experience in international company is preferred.
• Patient, diligent detailiented, good time task management skill.

职位：薪酬福利助理 Payroll Specialist I & II
工作职责：
· 准确及时地处理指定客户的薪酬计算，包括变更，所得税，工资发放处理
Ensure accurate timely processing of payroll impacting changes, tax forms, payments payroll processing fassigned clients
· 负责交付质量和审计，确保准确性
Responsible fquality control auditing to ensure accuracy low errdefect percentage
· 解决客户工资事务和员工查询，提供日常支持
Resolve client payroll matters employee inquiries, providing on-going daily support subject matter expertise
· 根据合同、合规要求和业务需求为客户提供薪酬服务
Provide Payroll support services to clients according to contract, government compliance business needs
· 创建、更新和维护SOP标准操作流程，并执行文件审查
Create, review standard operating procedures perform document reviews
· 自始至终对可交付成果和项目持积极负责的态度

任职资格：
Skills experience we value
·对外包行业环境有一定的了解
Fair understanding of outsourcing industry environment
· 大学学历，应届生或1年以上工作经验
University degree, fresh graduate 1+ year experience
· 深入了解薪酬和薪酬计算的不同组成部分
In-depth understanding of different components of Payroll calculations
· 有工资处理/支持工资核算的经验为佳
Preferably has experience in Payroll processing/supporting payroll
· 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通技巧
Good written verbal communication skills in English Chinese
· 能够在时间紧急，任务紧急时确定工作的优先级
Ability to prioritize work when there are competing demands urgent business needs.

岗位职责：
1.独立负责BU薪资计算。（600-1000人）
2.负责审核下属对于公司员工入离职、社保公积金办理、整理缴费明细报表。
3.负责与C&B相关审计工作。
4.负责审核下属对于员工个税申报。
5.负责员工人力资源政策制度、人事报表、人事决策文件等的收集、整理、分类与归档等管理工作。
6.负责协助BP处理员工关系管理（员工入职，在职，离职，及劳动纠纷等相关问题处理）。
6.负责配合咨询公司的市场调研相关工作。
7.配合人事部其他成员开展相关工作，完成上级布置的任务。
职位要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上人力资源工作经验；
2.熟悉上海人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，各项劳动人事法规政策，并有实际操作经验；
3.具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调、领导能力，有团队协作精神；
4.良好的英文水平。熟练使用相关办公软件，具备基本的网络知识。
