COHL Property (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is affiliated with China State Construction Engineering Corporation. Founded in Hong Kong in 1979, it was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1992 (stock code: 00688.HK, abbreviated as "China Overseas Land & Investment"), and was included in the Hang Seng Index constituent stocks in 2007.

The Company has 42 years of experience in real estate development and property operation management, with business spanning over 80 cities in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China, as well as multiple countries and regions such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore. In 2020, the Company's total assets reached RMB 823.3 billion, and net assets reached RMB 328.4 billion. In 2020, the contracted sales amounted to RMB 360.72 billion, a year-on-year increase of 12.5%, with a net profit of RMB 43.9 billion, retaining the title of "Profit King" in the real estate industry, showing a trend of good and rapid growth in business performance.

The three major international rating agencies have assigned the Company credit ratings as follows: Fitch A-, Moody's Baa1, and Standard & Poor's BBB+, maintaining a leading position in the industry; consecutively recognized as a China Blue-chip Real Estate Enterprise for 17 years; and a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index for 10 consecutive years. In 2020, the brand value of COHL Property reached RMB 121.6 billion, ranking first in the real estate industry.
