Hualian Century Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in 1996, formerly a subsidiary of Guangdong Provincial Construction Engineering Standard Quota Station - Guangdong Construction Engineering Cost Consulting Service Center. In 2001, it was restructured with approval into "Guangdong Hualian Cost Engineer Firm Co., Ltd.", renamed in 2006 to "Guangdong Hualian Construction Project Management Consulting Co., Ltd.", renamed on September 2, 2014 to "Guangdong Hualian Construction Investment Management Co., Ltd.", and on October 18, 2018, it was wholly converted into Hualian Century Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. In recent years, the company's market scope has continuously expanded, now covering major regions including Southern China, Central China, Northern China, Northeast, Northwest, and Southwest, growing into a national high-tech enterprise in engineering consulting services. According to the company's operational development needs, our registered capital has increased to RMB 60 million, and we have been listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (securities abbreviation: Hualian Century, securities code: 873802). Through nearly two decades of unremitting efforts, Hualian Century Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. has developed into a comprehensive construction consulting and information technology service enterprise with strong strength and complete qualifications. Currently, our company holds an AAA credit evaluation for engineering cost consulting enterprises, Grade A credit qualification for engineering consulting units, Grade A qualification for engineering supervision, AAA credit evaluation for engineering bidding agency, government procurement agency qualification, engineering cost appraisal qualification, filing certificate for security conditions of confidential business consulting services, and high-tech enterprise certificate (for nine consecutive years). Drawing on advanced concepts from the international engineering consulting industry and combining them with the current state of domestic engineering consulting services, the company has invested in establishing Guangdong Hualian Software Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Caibaba Information Technology Co., Ltd. Leveraging years of accumulated practical experience in engineering consulting services and utilizing advanced information technologies such as computing and big data, closely integrated with market demand, the company has independently developed a series of software and system platforms including the whole-process cost management system (CCPM), whole-process consulting project management system (SPMS), Cost 168 one-stop professional cost platform (*), Caibaba engineering procurement platform (*), cost indicator database system, and Yicaitong engineering procurement management system, accumulating 3 patent applications and over 100 software copyrights. In 2022, the company successively passed the recognition of Guangdong Innovative SMEs and Guangdong Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative SMEs, truly realizing an engineering consulting service system of "using information management as a means, project consulting services as the core, enterprise management as the foundation, and resource centers as support," gradually building a new service model and new business format of "digitalization + engineering consulting." Over the years, the company has completed consulting business for tens of thousands of construction projects, accumulating a large number of stable and high-quality clients, including provincial and municipal finance departments, audit departments, development and reform commissions, construction agency bureaus, key project offices, large and medium-sized central state-owned enterprises, real estate developers, and other government and enterprise institutions.
