本公司设立于2006年10月8日,经国务院批准,国务院国资委以国资改革[2006]1063号,同意中国交通建设集团公司独家发起设立本公司。2006年9月30日,国务院国资委以国资产权[2006]1172号批准了本公司的国有股权设置及管理方案。中国交通建设集团公司投入本公司的净资产16,171,803千元按66.78的比例折为108亿国家股,占总股本的100国务院国资委以国资改革[2006]1173号批准了中国交通建设集团公司作为发起人设立本公司。同日,本公司发起人召开公司创立大会,决议设立本公司。2006年10月8日,公司取得了国家工商总局核发的。2006年12月15日,公司首次公开发行的H股在香港联合交易所有限公司挂牌上市2012年3月9日,公司首次公开发行的A股在上海证券交易所挂牌上市。
