CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Bureau Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Bureau") engaged in housing construction and municipal engineering construction. The Company was established in March 2014 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. In 2013, China Communications Construction Group formulated the "Five Business Sectors of CCCC" development strategy. CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Bureau closely followed the Group's pace, accelerated its own strategic adjustment, carried out strategic layout in the field of housing construction, and successively built two major platforms of real estate development and housing construction, so as to achieve optimization and upgrading of product structure and build an "upgraded version" of CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Bureau.
