修补岗位职责

本公司主要生产铜门，工作内容出差修补油漆为主；计时，工资 7500

一、 生修：

1. 对前道工序（纺、织）的质量问题进行修补；

2. 修补期间对于坯检下机漏检的质量问题给与反馈；

3. 按照车间的计划、交期进行下布；

4. 修补后的布匹按照规定送到指定位置存放。

二、 熟修：

1. 负责对湿整后未进行干整理前的面料修补，重点做好呢面小疵点的把控；

2. 对于生修布面遗漏的疵点进行反馈并修补；

3. 及时与车间负责人沟通修补方法以及标准，保证成品的一次成功率；

4.修补后的布匹按照规定送到指定位置。

Qualifications:任职要求：
 Bachelor’s degree above in Mechanical Engineering;
机械类本科毕业及以上学历；
 Relevant experiences in bonding of composite (fiberglass graphite fiber & metal bond of aircraft components);
有复合材料（玻璃纤维、石墨纤维和飞机部件的金属粘接等）粘接相关经验；
 Hands-on experience of localized heat blanket equipment accessories;
有局部化热电毯设备及配件的实际操作经验；
 Have strong hands-on ability relevant experience in making tooling fcomposite repair。
具有强的动手能力和自制用于维修辅助工具的相关经验
 Knowledge of bond area repair / overhaul procedures;
了解粘接区维修/大修流程 ；
 Able to commin English both spoken written is an advantage.
能用英语说写者优先。
Job Duties: 岗位职责：
 Perform tasks associated with the repair/overhaul of the bonded (sheet metal composite) aircraft components in accordance with instructions/specifications. Inclusive of disassembly, cleaning (water cleaning, sanding, bead blasting other approved methods), inspection checks, perform repairs reassembly as necessary certify works done;
根据指示/规范执行粘接（钣金与复合材料）飞机部件的维修/大修相关任务。包括拆卸、清洁（水洗、砂磨、喷丸处理及其他批准方法）、检查检测、实施必要维修及重新组装，并对完成的工作进行认证。执行故障排查、改装及维护工作。
 Peruse repair manuals/publication fi.e., latest revision, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, EN etc. apply as applicable;
能阅读维修手册/出版物，如*新版本、服务公告、适航指令、EN等，并根据 实际情况进行应用；
 Perform Autoclave Oven operation as necessary;
必要时进行热压罐和烘箱操作；
 Observe safety rules practices use safety equipment as provided by the company at all times;
任何时候都要遵守安全规章制度，正确使用公司提供的安全设备；
 Maintain a clean tidy work environment;
保持工作环境的整洁；
 Protect through proper usage limitations all company assets;
有效并合理使用所有公司资产；
 Obey the team leader’s requirement to assist the daily work.
