业务拓展主任岗位职责

1.协助高级销售经理实施销售策略并完成销售任务；2.销售及交叉销售其他洲际酒店所有产品；3. 制定、执行新的行动计划开发新客户及维持现有客户；4.开发并保持与会议决策者，旅游公司代理商、航空公司，商务客户、政府部门及其他产业的紧密合作联系。

财务回报·        Validate the potential ofassigned accounts account plans as per the IHG hotel BusinessDevelopment standard operating procedures·        根据洲际酒店酒店业务发展标准操作流程（SOP），检验指定客户的潜力并制定客户计划·        Grow assigned accounts so tomeet fixed goals maximise profitability·        增加客户量，以达到既定目标和*大化盈利能力·        Gather information oncurrent prospective clients / contacts to generate incremental business·        收集当前和潜在客户/联系人的信息以产生增值业务·        Maintain effective control ofsales expenses·        有效控制销售人员支出费用PEOPLE员工团队·        Use both account interactionspublicly available tools to monitcompetitors activities as it relatesto both the hotel the portfolio of accounts share relevant informationwith key stakeholders in line with hotel procedures·        通过两个客户之间交互交流信息和公开可用的途径来了解竞争对手的信息，因为它涉及到酒店和市场客户，并与关键合作者分享相关信息，既要符合酒店程序·        Provide feedback to managementon changing market conditions, including competition market trends·        向管理层提供反馈，以适应不断变化的市场状况，包括竞争和市场趋势·        Involve the BusinessDevelopment Manager where appropriate on sales calls sales meetings·        在适当的情况下，参与商务发展经理的销售电话和销售会议·        Communicate to his/her superiorany issues encountered other relevant information·        遇到的任何问题及其他相关信息及时与上级沟通·        Attend participate intraining sessions, daily briefings other meetings as required·        参加培训课程，每日例会及其他被要求可参加的会议·        Where applicable, supervise,guide train Business Development Coordinators in carrying out theirresponsibilities·        监督，指导和培训商务发展协调员履行工作职责GUEST EXPERIENCE宾客体验·        Network within one’s portfolioof accounts to build relationships with key decision makers other relevantstaff   在客户中，建立与关键决策者及其他相关人员的关系·        Conduct client meetings as wellas planning coordinating site introduction tours inspections·        与客户进行适当的会议以及会议规划和协调，有必要的情况下带领客人参观酒店·        Handle manage clients’queries issues·        及时处理客户的疑问或问题·        Be proactive responsiblefthe follow up of new sales leads to enhance guest experience·        积极主动并负责跟进新的销售线索以提升客人体验·        Develop maintain contactwith business generators (MICE Planner; travel agents; etc.)·        开发和维护与业务第三方（商务团队规划员；旅行社等）的联系RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS企业责任·        Ensure accurate timelyupdating of an accurate record of all relevant activities in the provided SalesSystem (i.e. Delphi; Opera; etc.) ffuture reference control purposes·        确保准确及时地更新销售系统（如Delphi、Opera等）的相关记录，以备将来参考之用·        Account Contactprofiles, attach Account plans, ensure ‘live’ information faction·        更新客户和联系概况，附加客户计划，确保活信息以帮助产生新的生意·        Develop awareness andreputation of the hotel the brin the local community.·        在当地社区发展酒店和品牌的知名度和美誉度·        Perform other duties asassigned by superior.·        履行上级分派的其他职责。

1.确定所分配的客户潜力，依照IHG酒店业务拓展标准操作程序制定客户计划；
2.发展分配给的客户群，完成设定的目标；
3.收集当前和预期客户/联系人的信息，以获得更多的业务；
4.向管理层提供市场状况变化的反馈，包括竞争和市场动向；
5.适当时使业务拓展经理参与销售拜访和销售会议；
与上级领导交流他/她所遇到的问题及其它相关信息；
6.在自己的客户群内建立关系网，发展与重点决策人和其他相关人员的关系；
7.组织客户会议并计划和协调酒店现场考察；
8.处理并管理客户的询价或问题；
9.积极主动负责跟进新销售线索，提升宾客体验；
10.发展并维护与业务供应方的联系（MICE策划公司；旅行社等）。
其它要求
·对销售原理和技巧有深刻认识；
·具备有效的沟通和谈判技能；
·拥有酒店产品、价格和市场计划的全面知识；
·出色的电脑操作技能（包括微软办公软件）；
·具备与客户和其他相关部门发展牢固关系的能力；
·拥有销售系统（即Delphi，Opera等）的知识和经验者优先考虑。
