自动化测试经理岗位职责

岗位职责:
1. 负责软件自动化测试流程的管理与优化
2. 指导并提升团队的自动化测试能力
3. 与开发团队紧密合作，确保测试覆盖所有功能需求

2. 能够独立设计和实施自动化测试方案
3. 对自动化测试有深刻理解，能够处理复杂的测试场景

岗位职责：
1. Responsible fproject implementation activities including the requirement analysis, test management documentation.
2. Design test cases automate test executions.
3. Collaborate with teams across departments in various aspects.
4. Lead develop a group of testers.
5. Undertake any other assignments projects as assigned by supervisor.
任职要求：
1. Degree in Computer Science, IT related disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in requirement analysis test management of large / medium scale projects, minimum 5 years’ experience in automation testing. Experience in financial services is a plus.
3. Minimum 3 years experience in lead a team of testers.
4. Solid knowledge in common testing frameworks tools, e.g. Selenium, Cucumber.
5. Good skills of certain programming languages, e.g. Python, Perl. Good knowledge of Linux.
6. Good analytical mindset, self-motivated able to work independently.
7. Proficiency in SDLC methodology documentation.
8. Good commof written English in necessary. Spoken English and/Cantonese is a plus.

工作职责：
1、负责电源适配器和其它电子产品ATE测试系统平台软件的开发，对软件系统架构的分析，设计及实现；
2、负责新产品或新增需求ATE系统测试工装软件的开发及生产过程软件问题的优化和改进；
3、负责产品后台软件的开发任务，提升自动化软件的集成应用能力；
4、负责完善软件框架和标准化，使软件框架合理、模块化程度高、复用性好；
5、负责完成和完善自动化软件开发文档编制，技术固化和分享；
6、组建测试开发团队和做好团队建设，指导初级工程师开展测试工作。
任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，工业自动化、电气、计算机或通信工程专业；
2、7年以上电子工厂的测试开发工作经验，3年以上的测试团队管理经验；有电源行业ATE开发经验优先;
3、精通Labview软件开发平台；熟练使用数据库，如SQLServer,Access等；
4、熟练使用COM组件、ActiveX控件，掌握SQL语句，熟悉常用工业通讯（TCP/IP,RS232/485,CAN,OPC等；
5、熟悉产品的测试项目规划及测试流程。
