Wuhan City Circle Haijixing Agricultural Products Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was jointly invested and established by Shenzhen Agricultural Products Co., Ltd. (stock code 000061, Agricultural Products) and Hubei United Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 300 million.

The Company's major shareholder, Shenzhen Agricultural Products Co., Ltd., takes investment, development, construction, operation and management of agricultural products wholesale markets as its core business. It is a leading chain operation enterprise of agricultural products wholesale markets in the industry, and the first listed company in China's agricultural products circulation industry. It has invested in and built 32 large-scale comprehensive agricultural products wholesale markets in 21 large and medium-sized cities across the country, becoming the leader in the operation and management of agricultural products wholesale markets in China.

The second largest shareholder, Hubei United Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., is a large state-owned holding enterprise approved by the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to serve the Wuhan City Circle "Two-Oriented Society" comprehensive supporting reform pilot zone approved by the State Council. It focuses on investing in intercity expressways, intercity railways, ecological new towns, large ports and logistics distribution in the Wuhan City Circle.

At present, the Company's main business is to develop and construct the Wuhan City Circle Haijixing Agricultural Products Distribution Center project. The project is located at the intersection of the Beijing-Zhuhai, Shanghai-Chengdu, and National Highway 107 transportation networks — Zhengdian Street, Jiangxia District. The project is planned to cover an area of approximately 4,200 mu, and is intended to build cargo trading areas mainly for vegetables, fruits, grain and oil, aquatic products, flowers and other commodities, as well as related primary processing, deep processing, and special agricultural product processing areas, providing comprehensive services such as trading, tallying, warehousing, preservation, distribution, settlement, and exhibitions. Through 3-5 years of cultivation and development, it strives to form an agricultural products business logistics center with an annual basic transaction volume of 20 billion kilograms, an annual total transaction value of nearly 50 billion yuan, and a gathering of more than 50,000 people.
