泰戈特矿物加工技术咨询（北京）有限公司是美国泰戈特公司(原美国赛吉满公司，于2007年1月1日起正式更名为美国泰戈特公司)在北京成立的独资子公司。
美国泰戈特公司总部位于美国宾西法尼亚州，同时在巴西、加拿大、俄罗斯和中国的北京、廊坊等地设有分支机构。美国泰戈特公司是世界上**的专业从事选煤厂和物料输送项目的设计、供货、建设和调试交钥匙工程的国际工程公司之一，向世界各地的煤炭、矿业和电力行业提供全方位的工程设计、工程建设和管理运营服务。
为发展中国市场，美国泰戈特公司于2001年进入中国，先后在北京设立了代表处和独资子公司，并在河北廊坊建立了设备生产厂。到目前为止，泰戈特公司参与设计、建设和调试完成的选煤厂交钥匙工程项目和选煤厂运营承包项目已达数十个。泰戈特矿物加工技术咨询（北京）有限公司作为美国泰戈特在中国设立的全资子公司，主要为泰戈特在中国及其他国家承接的选煤工程项目提供设计服务和技术支持。
