Shenzhen Weierda Plastic & Hardware Products Co., Ltd. (SWE) is a professional manufacturer of plastic, hardware and aluminum products processing, originally founded in July 2001 as a joint venture. It mainly focuses on plastic and aluminum product processing and surface treatment (sandblasting oxidation + electrophoresis processing), located in Hongtian Jinyuan Industrial Zone, Shajing Town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. With 5S as the foundation of on-site management, it has passed ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and its products are sold well both domestically and internationally.
Since its establishment, Weierda has always adhered to the business philosophy of creating maximum value for customers, committed to the design, manufacturing and surface treatment of plastic and hardware components in fields such as IT computers, consumer electronics, medical devices, and digital home appliances. Relying on continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes and technologies, it has successively established important production bases in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Chongqing and Hangzhou, and is gradually becoming a major plastic and hardware supplier for many well-known home appliance, communication and digital terminal product manufacturers in China and globally.
Weierda provides customers with one-stop processing services for the full range of plastic and hardware product processes. It continuously improves manufacturing processes and enhances processing capabilities, with more than 100 mold technicians. It has post-processing techniques including mold manufacturing, injection molding (38 imported machines, maximum 1000 tons), hardware stamping, CNC machining, tapping, grinding and polishing, high-gloss, turning, sandblasting, wire drawing, spraying, UV, electrophoresis, anodizing, and printing. SWE has environmental discharge permits (Guangdong Province Discharge Permit, 2 oxidation lines and 2 electrophoresis lines), complete hardware and equipment, and operates within an industrial park for better delivery and quality control. It has an annual processing capacity of 10 million sets of consumer electronic products and 9 million sets of plastic and hardware surface decoration parts.

Chongqing Weierda Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in August 2011 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Weierda Plastic & Hardware Products Co., Ltd. The company is located in Jiangjin Shuangfu Industrial Zone, Chongqing, with advanced manufacturing equipment and a complete management system. It specializes in automotive hardware mold manufacturing, focusing on progressive dies. Since 2008, Shenzhen Weierda Plastic & Hardware Products Co., Ltd. has established a cooperative relationship with "Lingyun and Zhixin" and has become a designated mold supplier for Ford Motor. To better serve customers, a branch was established in Chongqing in 2011: Chongqing Weierda Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Since its establishment, we have been committed to the research, development, design, and manufacturing of small home appliance products, especially hair dryers, high-definition network media players, high-definition network downloaders, etc. There is an experienced R&D team of more than 40 people, focusing on developing new products and creative designs.
The factory has its own mold room, 60 hardware stamping machines, 40 injection molding machines, and complete testing equipment.
