Huatu Education, full name Beijing Huatu Hongyang Education Culture Development Joint-stock Co., Ltd., was founded and developed by Mr. Yi Dinghong, who came to Beijing in 2001. Adhering to the mission of "Promoting social progress through education" and centering on vocational education, its main business covers training for various vocational recruitment examinations (such as civil servants, public institutions, teachers, medical, finance, and military transfer cadres) and vocational skill training.
Huatu Education now has more than 8,000 full-time and part-time teachers, R&D personnel, and staff. It has nearly 400 direct-operated branches in 328 cities across all 31 provincial-level administrative regions except Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, forming a nationwide offline teaching network. From 2012 to 2017 alone, over 2 million students entered Huatu's offline network, and nearly 10 million student visits registered for online courses via Huatu's website and mobile apps through live or recorded courses. The registered trademark "Huatu" was recognized as "China Famous Trademark" by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2015.
