中海油海南新能源有限公司（简称“海南新能源”）是中海油气电集团旗下的全资子公司，于2010年12月在湛江市注册成立。主要从事投资、建设、经营和管理天然气加气站、加油站的基础设施，购买、储存、运输并向用户销售天然气、成品油；提供加气站、加油站天然气管道的设计、设备、安装与维修保养及其他与燃气有关的服务或辅助的业务及危险化学品的运输等。
海南新能源以中海油为依托，技术先进、资金雄厚，目前在建的加油加气站是国内首家集LNG、CNG和汽（柴）油一体的油气综合站。
