(hereinafter referred to as "Bio-Pesticide") was registered in March 2012 in the National Biomedical Industry Zone of Pingshan New District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, with paid-in registered capital of USD 8.3 million. Its approved business scope includes: research and development, production and operation, wholesale, import and export of insect food attractant aromatic materials, insect vector activity enhancers, insect pheromone products, pet care products, plant-derived organic inputs, mineral-derived organic inputs, macro-element water-soluble fertilizers, medium-element water-soluble fertilizers, micro-element water-soluble fertilizers, organic water-soluble fertilizers, and soil conditioner products; development, wholesale, import and export of insect traps and chemically synthesized sex pheromone products (excluding commodities under state trading management; for commodities involving quota, license management and other special regulations, applications shall be handled in accordance with relevant state regulations); wholesale of pesticides; technical consulting services for integrated pest management in agriculture (none of the above business scope involves hazardous chemicals). Bio-Pesticide was certified as a high-tech enterprise by *** and Shenzhen Municipality in 2014, won the Top Ten Pesticide Brands Most Loved by Chinese Farmers and the Outstanding Innovation and Entrepreneurship Enterprise of Pingshan New District in 2015, and was approved for co-building a provincial-level engineering center.
