华能白杨河电厂坐落山东省淄博市博山区，隶属于中国华能集团有限公司所属华能山东发电有限公司。总装机容量890兆瓦，分为甲站2×300兆瓦机组（六号、七号）和乙站2×145兆瓦机组（四号、五号），四台机组均为热电联产机组。主营业务为电力、热力的生产、销售，是淄博南部电网主要的电源支撑点、淄博市博山区城区集中供热*热源点。负责运营管理华能淄博博山光伏发电有限公司所属12兆瓦源泉华能光伏电站。
