Xinhua Medical

In November 1943, Xinhua Medical was founded in the Jiaodong Anti-Japanese Base Area, and is one of the earliest medical device manufacturers established by our Party and military. It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2002 (stock code: 600587). It is the chairman unit of the China Medical Device Industry Association, vice chairman unit of the China Medical Equipment Association, chairman unit of the Infection Control and Technology Professional Committee, chairman unit of the China Radiation Therapy Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, council member unit of the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Association, and council member unit of the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Engineering Association.

Xinhua Medical's business segments include two main sectors: medical devices and pharmaceutical equipment, as well as medical trading and medical services. Among them, medical devices cover nine major product lines including infection control, radiotherapy and imaging, surgical instruments and consumables, and overall operating room solutions, as well as related supporting projects. Pharmaceutical equipment consists of four engineering technology centers: injections, solid preparations, traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and biopharmaceuticals. In recent years, Xinhua Medical has consciously practiced the concept of innovative development, vigorously promoted the transformation of old and new growth drivers, developed innovative products such as a peracetic acid low-temperature sterilizer and the first high-energy medical electron linear accelerator in China, built the first intelligent disinfection and supply center in China and other industry innovative projects, and won the first FDA certification certificate in the field of sterilization equipment in China. The variety and scale of infection control products rank among the top in the world, and the technical level of radiotherapy diagnostic equipment and pharmaceutical equipment is comparable to the international advanced level.

Xinhua Medical is a national key high-tech enterprise. It has the first national-level enterprise technology center in the industry, and has established a CNAS-accredited laboratory, a postdoctoral research station, and provincial-level R&D innovation platforms such as the Shandong Medical Accelerator Engineering Technology Research Center, the Shandong Engineering Research Center for Advanced Medical Equipment and Devices, and the Shandong High-end Medical Equipment Industry Innovation Center. It has been selected as a "Science and Technology Reform Benchmark Enterprise" by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, one of the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China, one of the top 500 Chinese enterprise patent strength enterprises, and one of the leading enterprises of the "Ten Strong" industrial clusters in Shandong Province.
