Zhongxi Certified Public Accountants (hereinafter referred to as 'Zhongxi' or 'the Firm') was originally established in 1985, and is one of the first large-scale accounting firms established in China since the reform and opening up. After nearly 30 years of development, it was approved by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance under Document No. [2013] 0071 on November 8, 2013, and was restructured into Zhongxi Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). With the steady development of business, continuous improvement in practice management, and increasing quality of professional services, Zhongxi has gained increasing recognition and trust from clients and has been listed among the top 100 accounting firms by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) for many years, ranking 37th in 2023. Currently, the firm has over 1,400 employees, including 442 certified public accountants. Zhongxi is headquartered on the 11th floor of Building A, Xincheng Culture Building, No. 11 Chongwenmenwai Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing, with registered capital of 26.9 million RMB. It has departments for Technical Standards, Quality Control, Audit Business Management, and Comprehensive Support. There are 10 business departments directly under the headquarters, and it has established 30 branch offices in Shijiazhuang, Handan, Shanxi, Shenzhen, Guangdong, Henan, Shandong, Shanghai, Dalian, Wuxi, Sichuan, Hefei, Hubei, Shaanxi, Langfang, Changchun, Nanjing, Hunan, Yunnan, Hangzhou, Tangshan, Xiong'an, Chongqing, Hainan, Nanjing Free Trade Zone Branch, Fujian, Qingdao, Tianjin, Ningbo, and Guangxi.
