天津天汽模车身装备技术有限公司成立于2006年6月，系天津汽车模具股份有限公司全资子公司，注册资本1500万元。主要从事汽车覆盖件检具、白车身总成检具、检测支架和白车身焊接主线、分线焊接夹具、弧焊夹具（工作站）的研发、设计和制造。
公司座落于天津空港经济区航天路77号，总占地面积22500平方米，总投资5000万元。配有加工车间、恒温测量机房和160米长的装焊线调试厂房，主要装备为：5台大型数控加工中心、3台龙门式三坐标测量机、3台便携式测量机。
设计、制造、检测采用装备先进的CAD/CAM/CAE系统以及三维实体设计技术，公司设立了专门的研发科室，每年都有新型专利的申请，并获得相关专利的授权和公告。目前公司已通过ISO9001质量认证以及高新技术企业资格认证。
