Minth Group Limited was officially listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on December 1, 2005 (stock code: 425). Minth Group and its subsidiaries are engaged in the design, manufacturing, and sales of decorative strips for passenger vehicles, body structural parts, and automotive decorative parts in the People's Republic of China, North America, and Thailand, and export them to global markets including Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. It has become a leading supplier of these three core products in the passenger vehicle parts market in China. Since its establishment, the Group has set up numerous production bases in East China, South China, North China, Central China, and Southwest China, forming a manufacturing and sales service network covering key automotive industry bases nationwide. Meanwhile, the Group continues to promote its products in markets in North America, Europe, Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia, and has established sales, project management, and R&D networks in major world automobile markets, including Detroit, USA, and Tokyo, Japan. Additionally, the Group actively expands its business in emerging markets globally. In January 2008, it established MINTH AAPICO (Thailand) Co., Limited as a joint venture with AAPICO Hitech Public Company in Thailand. Moreover, in October 2009, it established MINTH Mexico, S.A. DE C.V. in Mexico, thereby initiating the Group's production network layout in emerging markets worldwide. In 2010, the Group invested USD 100 million to set up a production base in Huai'an Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu (Jiangsu Hexing Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.), covering an area of over 1,000 mu, specializing in the production of automotive aluminum products. The Group will rely on advanced international technology and equipment, introduce advanced management systems, and build a first-class domestic production base for automotive aluminum products.
