Zhongbai Group

Zhongbai Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: Zhongbai Group) is a state-owned commercial listed company and a leading enterprise in chain supermarkets in Hubei Province. It is one of the 20 national commercial enterprises specially cultivated by the Ministry of Commerce. On May 19, 1997, the company's shares were listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock abbreviation: Zhongbai Group; stock code: 000759).
The predecessor of Zhongbai Group was the Wuhan Branch of China National Goods Company, founded by patriots in 1937. In the 1950s, it was renamed "Wuhan Central Department Store," the first large state-owned department store in Wuhan. In 1989, the enterprise underwent shareholding reform and established "Wuhan Central Department Store (Group) Co., Ltd." On May 18, 2011, it was renamed "Zhongbai Holdings Group Co., Ltd."
Since listing, the company has been committed to developing the modern circulation industry. It has grown from a single department store into a large commercial group with more than 1,700 chain outlets distributed in Hubei, Chongqing, Hunan, and Henan, operating an area of over 1.7 million square meters, nearly 20,000 employees, total assets exceeding 10 billion yuan, annual operating revenue of nearly 13 billion yuan, and scale sales of nearly 28 billion yuan. It has multiple business formats including comprehensive supermarkets, community supermarkets, 24H convenience stores, shopping centers, appliance specialty stores, smart logistics, food factories, retail technology, and plastic products manufacturing. The company's number of outlets and operating scale rank among the top enterprises in the Hubei market, forming a modern commercial ecosystem mainly based on commercial retail, with digital intelligence technology, logistics distribution, food processing, and environmentally friendly packaging as back-end support.
