北京永安热力有限公司成立于2011年9月，由原北京市昌平区供暖服务管理处和北京昌科热力有限公司整合组建而成的大型国有独资公司，隶属于北京市昌平区市政市容管理委员会，现注册资本金为9.79亿元。目前拥有大型集中燃煤供热厂7座，小型燃煤锅炉房3座，二次换热站150余座，供暖建筑面积1000余万平方米，主要负责对昌平区域内的一些居民住宅、企事业单位的办公及经营用房提供冬季供暖服务，同时负责近30家生产企业的生产用蒸汽和生活热水的供应工作。
