Changtai Robot

Changtai Robot Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changtai Robot") was founded in 2008. It is a subsidiary of China Light Industry Group (a central state-owned enterprise). With the efforts of all cadres and employees, and relying on its strong R&D and design capabilities, advanced manufacturing and processing equipment, and management experience, it has grown into a well-known robot and intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprise. In 2013, Changtai Robot was successively elected as vice chairman unit of the China Robot Industry Association and vice chairman unit of the International Robot and Intelligent Equipment Industry Alliance. In August of the same year, it was awarded the honor of "Hunan Province Robot Industrialization Demonstration Base" by the Hunan Provincial Economic and Information Commission, the only one in the province. It has repeatedly won provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards and undertaken national intelligent equipment special projects. In October 2014, Changtai Robot led the establishment of the Changsha Robot Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and was elected as its chairman unit.
Changtai Robot has research and innovation platforms such as the Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Changsha Municipal Enterprise Technology Center, and Tsinghua University Academician Workstation, and has the manufacturing capacity for CTR independent brand robots and complete intelligent equipment production lines. It has successfully developed robot flexible welding production lines, full-process casting production lines, intelligent logistics production lines, hazardous materials intelligent manufacturing complete equipment, and many other categories of products, which are widely used in automobile manufacturing, aviation and shipbuilding, engineering machinery, light industry and food, new energy, and civil explosives industries, and have been unanimously recognized by customers and the industry. Among them, the "CTR Cast Iron Robot Automatic Finishing System" developed by the company won the silver award of the "IERA Award for Invention and Entrepreneurship," the highest honor in the international robot industry; the multifunctional production line for automobile body welding was successfully selected into the first batch recommendation catalog of Hunan Province government procurement of resource-saving and environment-friendly products; the intelligent production line for civil explosives equipment based on the Internet of Things filled a gap in the domestic market, making it the first robot company in the national industry to have such a production line. In early 2014, it jointly built Chongqing Robot Co., Ltd. with Chongqing Machinery and Electric Co., Ltd., working together to climb new heights in intelligent manufacturing.
