Hunan Jianye Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., formerly known as Zhuzhou Accounting Firm (also known as Hunan Province Accounting Firm Zhuzhou Branch), was established in March 1989 and was affiliated with the Zhuzhou Municipal Finance Bureau. In September 1999, it completely decoupled from the Zhuzhou Municipal Finance Bureau and was restructured into Zhuzhou Jianye Limited Liability Certified Public Accountants Firm, funded by natural persons. With the needs of business development, in May 2003, approved by the Hunan Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance, Zhuzhou Jianye Limited Liability Certified Public Accountants Firm was officially renamed "Hunan Jianye Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.", and in July 2006, the company's office address was registered in the provincial capital Changsha, and a Zhuzhou branch was established simultaneously.
