(abbreviated as China Construction Fifth Engineering Division) was founded in 1965 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, the world's 24th largest enterprise. It is a construction investment enterprise group with total assets exceeding 80 billion yuan and operating scale exceeding 200 billion yuan. In 2016, it ranked 2nd among the top 100 enterprises in Hunan Province. It holds the special-grade qualification for general contracting of building construction (two items) and the special-grade qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction. It enjoys a reputation in the industry and has won the 'National May 1 Labor Award' 11 times.
