Shanghai Jiading Minsheng Village Bank (hereinafter referred to as "our bank") is a new type of regional commercial bank jointly established by China Minsheng Bank and the Jiading District Government. Since our official opening on April 19, 2011, with the care and support of the Jiading District Committee and District Government, and under the strong support and guidance of the head office of Minsheng Bank and the Shanghai Branch, we have closely coordinated with Jiading's local economic development plan. All employees adhere to serving the "three rural issues," small, medium, and micro enterprises, community construction, and local residents, actively meeting the diverse financial service needs of the regional economy and customers. Various businesses have achieved steady development, successfully completing expected goals.
Our bank has a registered capital of RMB 200 million, with a total of 10 shareholders. The initiating bank, Minsheng Bank, is the controlling shareholder, holding 51%, and the other 9 shareholders are state-owned or collective enterprises within the district recommended by the Jiading District Government. Our bank currently has 107 employees and has eight functional departments, namely: General Administration Department, Corporate Banking Department, Planning and Finance Department, Risk Management Department, Operations Management Department, etc., equipped with a business department and four sub-branches in Anting, Jiangqiao, Zhenxin, and Nanxiang.
