Changsha Wangcheng District Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned enterprise funded by the Wangcheng District Government and operates fully in accordance with modern corporate governance standards. The company was established in September 2012 with a registered capital of 500 million yuan and holds an entity credit rating of "AA". Since its establishment, the company has focused on fulfilling its roles as a government investment and financing entity, a major project construction entity, and an urban operations entity. Its business scope covers urban and rural infrastructure construction, state-owned land development and operation, real estate development and operation, urban resource development and operation, and district-level investment promotion, among other industry chains. It has played a key role as the main force and primary carrier in the practice of "accelerating the construction of a prosperous, beautiful, and happy renowned city." (I) Registration
1. Registration period: December 3, 2018 to December 12, 2018. (Registration closes at 24:00 on December 12).

3. Registration notes
(1) Applicants may only register for one position and should choose carefully;
(2) Applicants must fill in registration information truthfully, completely, and accurately; otherwise, they shall bear the consequences of having their application qualifications cancelled;
(3) The ID card used for registration and examination must be the same;
(4) Applicants must fill in each qualification requirement of the recruitment position one by one, and the major name must be consistent with their graduation certificate. (II) Qualification Review
Based on the applicants' registration information, an online preliminary qualification review will be conducted against the recruitment conditions. Only those who pass the qualification review may enter the written examination stage. The list of written examination candidates will be published on the 51job website, the Wangcheng District Government Portal, and the Wangcheng Urban Construction Investment Group official account.
(III) Written Examination
1. Written examination content: Occupational aptitude test + professional ability test (the professional ability test covers the professional knowledge required for the applied position);
2. The time and location of the written examination will be notified separately;
3. Based on written examination scores from high to low, candidates for the preliminary interview will be determined at a ratio of 1:5. Written examination scores will be published on the 51job website, the Wangcheng District Government Portal, and the Wangcheng Urban Construction Investment Group official account.
(IV) Preliminary Interview
1. The preliminary interview mainly examines the match between the applicant's qualifications and the position;
2. The time, location, and other requirements for the preliminary interview will be notified separately;
3. Based on preliminary interview scores from high to low, candidates entering the online assessment and final interview stages will be determined at a ratio of 1:3. Preliminary interview scores will be published on the 51job website, the Wangcheng District Government Portal, and the Wangcheng Urban Construction Investment Group official account.
(V) Online Assessment and Final Interview
1. The time and location of the online assessment and final interview will be notified separately;
2. The comprehensive score is calculated at 50% each for the written examination and final interview scores. The proposed hiring list is determined based on the comprehensive score ranking from high to low, at a ratio of 1:1 to the corresponding position recruitment plan. If comprehensive scores are the same, ranking is determined by written examination scores from high to low. If there is no suitable candidate, no recommendation to enter the background check stage may be made.
(VI) Background Check and Medical Examination
1. Background check: Candidates who pass the final interview will undergo a background check, which includes verifying the authenticity of the applicant's basic information and their work situation at their previous unit;
2. Medical examination: Candidates who pass the background check will be arranged by the company for a medical examination at a designated hospital;
3. If a candidate is unsuitable for the position due to background check or medical examination, they will be replaced in equal numbers according to the comprehensive score ranking for the same position (no more than two replacements). If there is no suitable candidate, no employment recommendation may be made.
(VII) Public Notice
After each stage of work such as interviews, background checks, and medical examinations is completed, the pre-employment results will be publicly announced for one week, subject to candidate inquiries and public supervision.
(VIII) Contract Signing
After the public notice period expires without objection, a labor contract will be signed and onboarding procedures completed.
