I. Outstanding College Graduates
1. Law-abiding, with good conduct, passionate about education, possessing good communication skills and team spirit, with educational ideals, a sense of responsibility, and strong dedication.
2. Excellent graduates from key normal universities or key comprehensive universities (985/211 preferred) with bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degrees, whose majors can competently handle the applied position.
