Chongqing Highway Logistics Base Construction Co., Ltd.

Chongqing Highway Logistics Base (hereinafter referred to as the Logistics Base) was approved for establishment by the National Development and Reform Commission in July 2009, positioned as Chongqing International Commercial and Trade Logistics Center, an important carrier of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor, a highway logistics hub of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle, and the headquarters base of ASEAN trade services.
The Logistics Base has a long-term planned area of 45 square kilometers. Since construction began in 2010, the Logistics Base has achieved planning coverage of approximately 12 square kilometers; completed approximately 40 kilometers of municipal roads within the park and 270,000 square meters of standard factory buildings, sewage treatment plants, and other production and living support facilities; introduced over 50 leading commercial and logistics enterprises including JD.com, China South City, SF Express, STO Express, and Chongqing Public Transport, with 28 projects completed and put into operation, accumulating a cumulative market transaction volume exceeding 200 billion yuan and tax revenue of approximately 4.9 billion yuan, forming four major clusters: specialized markets, e-commerce, integrated logistics, and international trade; cross-border highway shuttle buses, Chongqing Nanpeng Highway Bonded Logistics Center (Type B), ASEAN Commodity Procurement City, and other open platforms are operating on a regular basis, deeply integrated into the construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor.
After a decade of development, the Logistics Base is now a "1+3" international logistics distribution center operation base that Chongqing Municipality focuses on building, one of the first batch of municipal-level key logistics parks, a municipal-level service trade characteristic industrial park, a municipal-level modern logistics agglomeration demonstration zone, and a municipal-level cross-border e-commerce intelligent cargo distribution center. It has been included in the national "Master Plan for the New Western Land-Sea Corridor" and has developed into an important platform for Chongqing to undertake multimodal transport of highway, railway, and waterway, and an important carrier for the construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor.
