Beijing Beichen Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in April 1997, exclusively initiated by Beijing Beichen Industrial Group Corporation. It is currently the first domestic A+H share real estate listed company (H share 0588, A share 601588, *), and is a national large-scale comprehensive real estate operation enterprise with first-class real estate development qualifications. Its main businesses include development properties, investment properties and retail commerce. The annual development scale of development properties is nearly 2 million square meters. It once simultaneously undertook and successfully completed the development and construction of two major 2008 Beijing Olympic projects: the National Convention Center (the Main Press Center and International Broadcasting Center of the Olympic Games) and the Media Village for 6,000 foreign media journalists. The project is located at the confluence of the Xiangjiang River and Liuyang River in Kaifu District, Changsha City, embracing the Changsha Binjiang Cultural Park - Two Pavilions and One Hall. The planned total construction area is about 5.37 million square meters, and a 300-meter super-high landmark building will be built. International InterContinental Hotel, Changsha Yali Middle School, and Huayi Brothers Cinema have been introduced. The project development will be driven by cultural leisure, led by business and commerce, and centered on ecological residence, to build a waterfront ecological composite demonstration new city integrating residence, office, commerce, culture, leisure, and tourism, making it a new name card and urban living room of Changsha City.
