It is a joint venture formed by Chongqing Highway Transport Group Corporation and Chongqing Deshan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. The joint venture proportions are: Chongqing Highway Transport Group Corporation 51%, Chongqing Deshan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. 49%.
The birth of Chongqing Jishida International Logistics Co., Ltd. is of great significance for prospering and developing the notebook computer industry and logistics economy of Shanghai and Chongqing, unblocking the Shanghai-Chongqing logistics transport corridor, and enhancing the competitiveness of our city's notebook computer industry and logistics industry.
