Xiaokang Holding

Pu'er Xiaokang Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing Xiaokang Holding Co., Ltd., established in March 2012. The Company is a large mining enterprise integrating exploration, mining, ore dressing, smelting, manufacturing and sales, mainly of copper polymetallic ores.
The Company is currently in its initial stage of development and is expected to be completed and put into production in 2013. With Pu'er, Yunnan as its core, the Company holds independent development rights for 11 copper polymetallic mines and will also acquire 12 copper polymetallic mines. It focuses on metal ores such as copper and nickel, and also includes gold, silver, lead, zinc, etc. The preliminary explored reserves exceed 50,000 metric tons of copper and 80,000 metric tons of nickel. The planned annual output is 3,000 metric tons of nickel and 10,000 metric tons of copper, with an annual output value of approximately 600 million yuan and a workforce of more than 1,000 people.
