上海市虹口区凉城新村街道社区卫生服务中心是一所一级甲等综合性医院，设有预防保健科、全科诊疗科、中医科（伤科、推拿科、针灸科）、超声诊断、X线诊断等。下设四个标准化（150m2/个）社区卫生服务站。中心为辖区8万余居民提供预防、保健、医疗、健康教育、康复和计划生育指导的六位一体服务，2007年成为上海市首批中医药服务社区示范点建设单位，坚持中西医并重，为居民提供简、便、廉的中医药社区卫生服务。
