Wuhan Guanlan Property was established in December 2012 with registered capital of 3 million yuan and holds a National Level 2 Property Management Qualification. It currently has nearly 200 employees. The main projects currently providing property management and consultancy services include Guanlan International, Guanlan Foreign Language School, Guanlan Taizi Lake, Guanlan Golf, Guanlan Tiandi, Guanlan Yuyuan, Tingrui Building and other large high-end communities, with a service area of 3 million square meters. It has branches in Beijing, Anhui and other places, and has taken over mature projects in Bengbu.
