华电榆林天然气化工有限责任公司（简称榆天化），属中国华电集团旗下华电煤业集团有限责任公司的全资子公司，是一家以天然气和煤为原料，生产甲醇、醋酸基础有机化工原料的能源化工企业。公司前身是榆林天然气化工厂，系陕西省榆林市属国有独资企业，始建于1992年。2011年5月经华电煤业集团有限公司重组后成为其全资子公司，7月11日正式更名为华电榆林天然气化工有限责任公司。
经过20年发展，目前公司已形成51万吨/年天然气甲醇、15万吨/年醋酸产能，正在建设60万吨/年煤制甲醇装置，集中打造了天然气化工和煤化工两个工业园区，经营范围涉及天然气化工、煤化工和铁路运输等。现已成为陕北国家能源化工基地建设的骨干企业，和全国知名的甲醇生产经营企业。
