Hubei Zhongseng Construction Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Zhongseng Construction) was established in June 2012, located on the south bank of the Yangtze River in Wuhan, Hubei, a hub of nine provinces, in Jiangxia District, known as the first prefecture and first county, and the south gate of Wuhan. After ten years of development, it has become a large comprehensive construction enterprise integrating housing construction engineering construction, building decoration, municipal roads, steel structure, building curtain wall, landscaping, earthwork, bridges, water conservancy, urban lighting engineering, and building materials sales.
The company has a registered capital of 81 million yuan and possesses a Grade II qualification for general contracting of housing construction engineering. It has successively passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system and ISO14000:2004 environmental management system certifications, achieving international standards in quality, safety, and environmental management. It is also one of the units in China's building decoration industry that has passed international certification for quality and environmental systems, ranking among the top in Hubei's construction industry.
The company currently has more than 200 employees, with a technical team of over 100 people, including 80 with senior and intermediate professional titles, and 30 first- and second-class constructors.
