Hubei Jinlin Original Breeding Livestock Co., Ltd. is a technology- and environment-oriented modern agricultural enterprise integrating breeding pig reproduction, pork pig export, feed processing, tea industry, fishery, and fruit tree landscaping. It is a National Core Breeding Farm for Live Pigs, a Ministry of Agriculture Standardized Demonstration Farm for Live Pigs, a Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization of Hubei Province, an Outstanding Breeding Pig Brand Enterprise of Hubei Province, and a Huazhong Agricultural University Breeding Pig Research, Selection, and Promotion Demonstration Base. It was among the first in the industry to pass HACCP certification and pollution-free agricultural product origin certification. In 2007, the company invested heavily to introduce a batch of champion-bloodline breeding pigs of the new American line of Large Yorkshire, Landrace, and Duroc from the United States. After breeding, at the 8th to 12th Breeding Pig Auctions, the breeding pigs submitted by the company won championship honors for five consecutive sessions. The company can now provide 20,000 original breeding pigs descended from American champion bloodlines and 50,000 new American line parent-generation pigs to society annually. The company annually slaughters 220,000 pigs of various types, with a sales network covering more than ten provinces and cities including Hubei, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Henan, Yunnan, and Fujian, and its products have received full recognition and unanimous praise from customers. The company has built a new high-quality core original breeding pig farm with an annual slaughter of 150,000 pigs in Husi Town, Jiangxia District. During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, the company formed a scale of annually slaughtering 220,000 high-quality breeding pigs.
