Building a Genetic Resources and Breeding System
Dekon Group has established an innovation base for the National Key Laboratory of Pig and Poultry Breeding, the Key Laboratory of Southwest Pig Breeding and Multiplication of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Key Laboratory of Poultry Genetic Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture, the National Spark Plan Leading Enterprise Technology Innovation Center, the National Pig Technology Innovation Center - Breeding Technology R&D Center, and the Southwest Branch of the National Pig Health Collaborative Innovation Center. It also owns 2 national core pig breeding farms, 1 national core broiler breeding farm, and 1 national Huiyang bearded chicken conservation farm. It has been honored as a national livestock and poultry seed industry array enterprise.
In recent years, relying on its strong technological advantages and genetic resources and breeding systems, the group has successively undertaken more than 50 national, provincial, and ministerial major research projects including the National 863 Program and the 948 Major Special Project. Its key pig breeding indicators are benchmarked against international levels, and it has become one of the country's large-scale suppliers of high-quality broiler parent stock for export.

Up to now, Dekon Group's high-quality slaughtering and food processing projects have been successfully implemented in Yibin City and Meishan City of Sichuan Province, and Suqian City of Jiangsu Province, and are actively being laid out nationwide following the development idea of "build one, complete one".

Actively Practicing AI Farming
Dekon Group continuously promotes AIOT farming practices, applying artificial intelligence technology and IoT technology to production process management, disease monitoring and prevention, biosecurity management, and intelligent equipment management in farming, continuously improving production indicators and enhancing efficiency and cost reduction, and further realizing food safety traceability.
