Company Profile Shenzhen Kingkey Intelligent Agriculture Times Co., Ltd. (formerly Kondarl Group, hereinafter referred to as "Kingkey Intelligent Agriculture") was founded in 1979, with its predecessor being Shenzhen Chicken Farming Company. In November 1994, the company was listed in Shenzhen (stock code: 000048), becoming China's first listed agriculture and animal husbandry enterprise and a listed company under Kingkey Group, a well-known real estate developer in Shenzhen. After 40 years of steady development, Kingkey Intelligent Agriculture has become a diversified group company integrating four major industries: modern agriculture, public utilities, real estate, and financial investment. Among them, modern agriculture is the strategic core business of Kingkey Intelligent Agriculture. It has established a complete food production chain covering livestock and poultry seedlings-feed-breeding-high-quality livestock and poultry products, and plans to build multiple pig industry chain projects in Guangdong Province and surrounding areas that integrate feed production, breeding, fattening, slaughtering and processing, and logistics, building a fully traceable industry chain from farm to table with a high starting point, high standards, and high efficiency. In August 2019, Kingkey Intelligent Agriculture officially became a batch supplier of Shenzhen food supply enterprises, and Kingkey Intelligent Agriculture Huizhou breeding base is a batch supply Shenzhen food breeding base. The two broiler products "Kondarl Yellow-feathered Chicken" and "Kondarl Fragrant Chicken" became "Shenzhen-supplied food" and were awarded the "Zhenpin" mark. Starting in the second half of 2019, Kingkey Intelligent Agriculture successively signed framework agreements for pig breeding industries with multiple regions including Zhanjiang, Maoming, and Meizhou in Guangdong, Wenchang in Hainan, and Hezhou in Guangxi. The planned reserve for pig slaughter has reached nearly 6 million heads cumulatively, starting a new large-scale layout in the modern agriculture sector.
