Chongqing Xincai Concrete Group Co., Ltd. is located in Shimahe, Jiangbei District, Chongqing, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. Approved by the Chongqing Municipal Construction Committee in 2003 and established through Chongqing's investment promotion, it is a group company specializing in the production of ready-mixed commercial concrete and integrating sand and gravel mining, concrete admixtures, slag powder, fly ash production, and logistics transportation. It holds the highest qualification for ready-mixed commercial concrete production (Grade II qualification in the construction industry) and has passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification.
The Group currently operates five commercial concrete mixing plants in Jiangbei District, Yubei District, Jiulongpo District, Qijiang District, and Banan District of Chongqing. To further ensure the production and supply of commercial concrete and achieve the Group's strategic development goals—rapid development, continuous growth, entering the top three in Chongqing's industry within three years, expanding across regions within five years, advancing toward becoming a leading enterprise in China's concrete industry, and successfully going public.
In recent years, around the Group's development strategy, the Group has carried out the development and construction of the upstream industrial chain and put it into practice. At present, the upstream industrial chain has basically taken shape. Except for cement, the Group has achieved a self-sufficient guarantee network for raw materials required for commercial concrete production: 1. Three sand and gravel mines with an annual output of 6 million tons (Xiaonanhai Ore Plant, Fuling Ore Plant No. 1, Fuling Ore Plant No. 2); 2. A concrete admixture plant with an annual output of 80,000 tons (Chongqing Teqi Building Materials Co., Ltd.); 3. A fly ash plant with an annual output of 300,000 tons (Chongqing Yundao Building Materials Co., Ltd.); 4. A mineral powder plant with an annual output of 300,000 tons under construction. The above production bases provide high-quality raw material supply guarantees for the Group's concrete production.
To ensure the smooth delivery of self-produced raw materials to each affiliated mixing plant, the Group established a logistics center and built its own wharf (self-produced raw materials are transported by water and railway), resolving the passivity of outsourced transportation and ensuring the timeliness and stability of raw material arrival at each mixing plant of the Group. Each mixing plant of the Group is equipped with the most advanced fully automated production control systems and transportation equipment in China; there are currently 11 production lines, 10 truck-mounted boom pumps, more than 40 various truck-mounted pumps and trailer pumps, more than 130 transport tanker trucks, 6 self-owned diesel generators, and an actual annual production capacity of more than 4 million cubic meters.
To break the traditional "after-the-fact management" model, the Group established an information technology company specifically to tailor system management software for the Group's management, enabling the Group, with the help of the internet platform, to achieve "real-time dynamic control throughout the entire process" in all management links within the Group, breaking through the regional and geographical management bottlenecks of the commercial concrete industry and pioneering nationwide chain operation and management in the concrete industry across regions and geographies.
The Group regards quality as its life and has specially equipped a highly professional technical management team. It currently has one R&D center and five laboratories, all equipped with advanced and complete testing and experimental equipment, and possesses the production and R&D capability for concrete of strength grades C80 and below. Under the leadership of the chief engineer, it carries out technological innovation, product R&D, optimization, and other work, ensuring the quality of the Group's concrete products. Since the establishment of the enterprise in 2003, the Group's commercial concrete products have had zero quality complaints and have received unanimous praise from customers. While maximizing the satisfaction of customers' different needs, the Group has successively cooperated with Chongqing University, the PLA Logistics Engineering University, and other universities, devoting itself to the development and utilization of new building materials to gradually fill gaps in the Chongqing concrete market.
In the 2004 comprehensive strength ranking of Chongqing's concrete industry, the Group has already risen to the forefront. It is a standing council member unit of the Chongqing Concrete Association and has been awarded the title of annual advanced unit in traffic safety management by the Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee for consecutive years. From 2004 to 2011, it was awarded the title of "Outstanding Enterprise in the Concrete Industry" by the Chongqing commercial concrete industry for seven consecutive years. From 2008 to 2011, it was awarded the title of "Outstanding Enterprise" in China's concrete industry by the Concrete Branch of the China Construction Industry Association for four consecutive years.
