Shaanxi Hande Axle Co., Ltd. was jointly established on March 23, 2003, by Weichai Power and Shaanxi Automobile Group, with its predecessor being the Axle Factory of Shaanxi Automobile Manufacturing General Factory. The company is a high-tech enterprise, with two plants in Xi'an and Baoji, covering a factory area of 320,000 square meters. It currently has over 4,100 employees, a registered capital of 320 million yuan, and annual sales of 7 billion yuan.
The company has been rated as one of the "Top 500 Machinery Enterprises in China" and one of the "Top 100 National Auto Parts Enterprises" for many consecutive years.
