本司主要从事进出口货物的代理报关业务和国际国内货物水陆运输的代理业务。公司内分二个业务部门：其中一个是出口部，专业从事代理出口报关和出口货运代理业务；第二个是进口部，专业从事代理进口报关和进口货运代理业务；二个部门的业务和人员有明确分工，互不交叉，以保证业务不会出错，人员更加专业，工作效率更高。对试用或录用的报关员，会根据其专业长处和本人意愿，分别分到进口部或出口部工作。
