Aumovi Group

The Aumovi Group was spun off from the Continental Group's automotive sub-group in September 2025. As an electronic technology and technology company, the Aumovi Group offers a broad product portfolio dedicated to making mobility safe, enjoyable, connected, and autonomous. Its business encompasses sensor solutions, display technology, brake systems, and comfort systems, and possesses comprehensive technical capabilities in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems required for software-defined vehicles. The business areas already under the Aumovi Group achieved sales of 19.6 billion euros in fiscal year 2024. Headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, the Group employs over 86,000 employees across more than 100 locations worldwide.

Aumovi China inherits the Continental Group's automotive sub-group, which entered the Chinese market in 1994, and has been deeply rooted in China's automotive industry for over thirty years, always committed to driving industry transformation and high-quality development with innovative technology. Leveraging years of local R&D capabilities, a mature manufacturing network, and a complete localized value chain system, Aumovi China provides customized system solutions for domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers, accurately and rapidly responding to diverse market demands. Aumovi has 12 production bases and 5 R&D centers in China, with a total of approximately 9,800 employees (as of the end of August 2025).
