Chongqing Pengfan Construction Group Co., Ltd. was established in May 1982 with registered capital of 51.02 million yuan. It is a private construction enterprise with Grade I qualification for general contracting of construction engineering, specializing in engineering construction.
The Group currently has four subsidiaries: Chongqing Hongkun Construction Labor Co., Ltd., Chongqing Zhaotai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Chongqing Shenxiang Trading Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Yaolian Technology Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. Its business takes engineering construction as the leader, integrating real estate development, labor subcontracting, trade, and environmental protection technology. Through three decades of unremitting efforts, it has gradually developed into a construction group company with relatively strong strength and large scale in the Chongqing area. The Group's annual output value has remained at around 1 billion RMB for many years. The Group and its subsidiaries have repeatedly won honorary titles such as advanced enterprise in the construction industry at the district and city levels, and enterprise abiding by contracts and keeping promises. The Group's Chairman, Mr. Zhang Canguo, has also been rated as an outstanding construction enterprise manager at the national, district, and city levels many times.
