Hunan Sunpool Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), is a high-tech and software enterprise established in 2001 with Great Wall Information as the main initiator. It was restructured into a joint-stock limited company in early 2007, and has now successfully been listed on the New Third Board (stock code: 836347).
The Company is located in Changsha Yuhua Economic Development Zone (the industrial park in Changsha closest to the city center, adjacent to Changsha South Bus Station). The Company's headquarters office is only 13 kilometers from Dongtang, with a beautiful office environment, covering a total area of more than 40 mu. It independently owns a modern-designed, fully equipped office building, research center, production center, employee dormitory, employee canteen, and other buildings and recreational facilities.
The Company is engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and technical services of industrial automation, informatization, and intelligent manufacturing-related products. It owns professional products with independent intellectual property rights, which are widely used in large power plants, municipal environmental protection, intelligent manufacturing, and other fields. It has accumulated more than 200 large state-owned high-quality customers and has become the main supplier of automation control systems for Huaneng, Datang, Huadian, China Power Investment, Guodian, Shenhua, and China Resources Group.
The Company is a technology- and knowledge-intensive high-tech enterprise. More than 95% of its existing employees have a university degree or above. It has a leading, relatively mature, and reasonably structured R&D team. Among them, the research leader Zhou Xiaofeng has been awarded as a science and technology talent with special government allowance of the State Council, an advanced technology development talent of Hunan Province, and a leading scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship talent of Changsha City. The Sunpool Information R&D Center has been recognized as a provincial-level enterprise technology center and has successively undertaken more than ten major national, provincial (municipal) scientific research projects. The company's independently developed "SSPCU and its intelligent control complete technology" passed the appraisal by the appraisal committee headed by Academician Gui Weihua of Central South University. The project filled a domestic gap and its technology is at a leading level. The Company possesses multiple qualifications such as "National Computer Information System Integration Enterprise," "Provincial-level Social Public Security Technology Prevention System Design and Construction Unit," and "National Manufacturing Measuring Instrument License." It owns multiple national patents, national key new product certificates, scientific and technological achievement appraisal certificates, and software copyrights, and has successively won multiple social honors such as "Hunan Province 3A Credit Rating Enterprise," "Hunan Province Contract-honoring and Credit-worthy Enterprise," "Hunan Province Little Giant Enterprise," "Hunan Province Famous Trademark Recognized Enterprise," and "Hunan Province Famous Brand Product Recognized Enterprise."
The Company has always attached importance to industry-university-research cooperation. It has successively jointly established a "Computer Control System Joint Laboratory" with Schneider Electric; become a "Distributed Control System Strategic Partner" with GE Company; jointly established the "Sunpool Information-Central South University Intelligent Control Technology Research Institute" with Central South University; and assisted Central South University in establishing the "Power Electronics System Control and Optimization Hunan Provincial Engineering Laboratory." It has undertaken the construction of the "Hunan Provincial Power Plant and Substation Intelligent Automation Engineering Technology Research Center" and has long established good school-enterprise cooperative relations with well-known universities such as Central South University and Changsha University of Science and Technology.
