成发集团占地面积近1100亩，搬迁改造项目总投资130000万元，2002年10月开工建设，主要建设内容为：新建厂房、新增设备及原有设备搬迁改造、新建办公用房，整个项目预计2007年年底竣工投产，建成投产后预计年销售收入10亿元，出口创汇5000万美元，利税7000万元。截至2007年7月，总投资90045万元，1—7月投资34983万元,7月投资2747万元,目前整个项目主体厂房已基本完工，部份设备已开始搬迁，部份车间产品已投入生产。
