职位要求：
1. 技术能力
ü 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业
ü 精通Java SE开发，熟悉面向对象设计与常用设计模式
ü 熟悉多线程、性能调优及XML数据处理
ü 具备API集成经验（如模型操作台API）及文件解析能力（Excel/Word报告生成）
ü 了解航空电子系统（IMA、A664网络）或实时系统开发者优先
2. 流程经验
ü 熟悉DO-330标准或航空工具鉴定流程，有适航认证项目经验者优先
ü 掌握构型管理（CM）、需求追溯性矩阵等工程实践
3. 环境适配&软技能
ü 工具需兼容Win10 64位操作系统及模型操作台（Model Workbench）。
