任职要求：
1、计算机科学、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、具有 8 年以上研发经验、30人以上研发团队管理经验，精通至少一种主流编程语言，如 Java、C++、Python 等。熟悉多种技术领域，包括但不限于后端开发、前端开发、移动开发、大数据处理、人工智能等，具备解决复杂技术问题的能力；
3、具备扎实的软件架构设计能力，熟悉微服务架构、分布式系统架构、云原生架构等，能够根据业务需求设计出高可用、高性能、可扩展的技术架构。了解系统性能优化方法，能够对系统进行性能评估和优化；
4、持有 PMP、ACP 等项目管理专业认证或具备同等项目管理能力优先。熟练使用 Jira、Confluence、Git 等项目管理和协作工具，能够有效地进行项目任务分配、进度跟踪和团队协作。
