The legal entity relying on this center is Zhongke Information Security Generic Technology National Engineering Research Center Co., Ltd., which was founded on August 9, 2006, with a total registered capital of 50 million yuan contributed by the Institute of Information Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun Jida Zhengyuan Information Technology Co., Ltd., Aisino Co., Ltd., and other shareholders. This company is an institution engaged in research, development, services, and training in generic support technologies such as information security strategy, security architecture, core technologies, industrial standards, and system evaluation. It provides technical support and services for the construction of the national information security assurance system, focusing on resolving key technical and engineering issues in identity authentication, authorization management, responsibility determination, information security, and protection encountered in national e-government, e-commerce, informatization, public networks, and other constructions.
