Shenzhen Guoteng Shenghua Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guoteng Shenghua) is a 'National High-tech Enterprise' integrating R&D, production, and sales. It was founded in 2013, with a company scale of around 1,200 people. Its office addresses are at 1st Floor, Te'an Clean Sunshine Park, No. 15 Keji North 2nd Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and 11th Floor, 3Nod Smart Building, No. 3012 Binhai Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It has three factories, located respectively at: 3Nod Electronics Industrial Park, Tangxiayong Cultural Square, Songgang Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen; Fenggang, Dongguan; and Beihai, Guangxi. There are a total of 16 SMT production lines and 12 assembly production lines.

Guoteng Shenghua is a top ten global manufacturer of core motherboards in three major fields: OTT smart TV boxes, notebooks and tablet PCs, and smart speakers.
Guoteng Shenghua's computer product R&D platform has also received direct investment from Intel. It is an Intel initial solution partner.
Guoteng Shenghua is an important partner of Alibaba Cloud OS TV boxes and cloud computers.

Its main customers include Lenovo, HP, Haier, SAMSUNG, JBL, 3nod, PHILIPS, HYUNDAI, China Mobile, acer, etc. It has also passed the world's * strictest manufacturing and quality control management system, and the configured system can trace the initial situation and responsible parties of thousands of materials for each product.
In the notebook field, Guoteng Shenghua already has nearly 30 mature products, with monthly sales exceeding 300,000 units, covering notebooks of all sizes, UG notebooks, and combination notebooks across the full range, and it continues to invest at a pace of developing 5 new models per month.
